<p>전00씨는 지난해 6월 15일 통영 한 거리에서 60대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 한00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 880만 원에 이르는 빚을 발생시키자 한00씨와 함께 비용을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>
<p>하지만 일부 불법 기업의 신용카드결제, 구글정보사용료, 스마트폰소액결제현금화 서비스 진행 시 개인 아이디어를 빼돌려 악용하는 스미싱 등 관련 피해 사례 역시 보고 되고 있을 것이다. 따라서 사용자들은 서비스 사용 전 피해 예방 수칙을 확실히 확인하고 이를 준수해야 한다.</p>
<p>인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 핸드폰 소액결제로 주문한 제품에 대한 환불 방법이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 맞게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 온/오프라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있을 것이다.</p>
