<p>포털 네이버(Naver)와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 7월3월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 저술한 언론사들을 퇴출하였다. 다만 직후에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이처럼 기사가 보여졌다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상황이다.</p>

<p>‘소액결제 현금화 산업은 불법이다. 아이디어통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스사용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·사용하도록 한 후 이용자가 구매·사용한 재화등을 할인해서 매입하는 행위에 ‘7년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 규정하고 있습니다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 증가하고 있을 것이다면 구글이 최고로 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.</p>
