<p>박00씨는 지난해 5월 15일 통영 한 거리에서 90대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 유00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 810만 원에 이르는 빚을 생성시키자 김00씨와 함께 돈을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>
