After that big storm last night, I finally got up on the ladder to check the roof. There are a couple of missing shingles near the ridge vent, and I spotted a small tear in the flashing where the chimney meets the shingles. The gutters were overflowing with debris, too. I'll need to call a roofer soon to assess if the structural sheathing took any water damage underneath those loose spots.
